Ok. Question! Those two red stripes and then the white blot. Is that a race car? Mary Poppins hat? Or a UFO?

I was thinking the red stuff was ribbon.
The head reminds me of a bald eagle. The red could be feathers. It's a bird, for sure. And to second Sis. P., so ready.

My mistake. It couldn't possibly be an eagle; it has no eye. Perhaps it is the hat that Yankee Doodle wore. Didn't he call it macaroni? Sis. M.
